Butler will be a game-time decision again on Wednesday, while Felicio seems to be making progress and could return earlier than expected.
The Bulls’ 112-107 victory over the Kings on Monday was their first victory without their All-Star forward this season, improving their record to 1-3 in the four games Butler has missed. Chicago point guard Michael Carter-Williams started in Butler’s place for the second game in a row and played excellent basketball. He scored 21 points on 8 of 12 shooting, while adding in four assists, six rebounds, and two steals.
The team brought their record back to .500 at 26-26, and kept their firm hold on the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.
