The Chicago Bulls have struggled to find a consistent guard rotation during their 2016-17 campaign.
The Bullls can have plenty of turnover in their weak guard rotation if they so choose — but if it was up to 2014 Rookie of the Year Carter-Williams, he would be wearing red again next season:
Michael Carter is a free agent this summer and wants to return to Bulls, but is leaving options open. He isn't ruling out a return to Bucks.

The former Philadelphia 76ers point guard has had an up and down season in his first year with the Bulls, starting 19 of the 37 games he has played, but also finding himself out of the rotation for a time.
He has averaged 7.4 points, 2.5 assists, and 3.8 rebounds per game while shooting a measly 39 percent from the field. His assist numbers are particularly alarming for someone who is supposed to be a pass-first point guard.
